NextOre Appoints New Director to Lead Zambian Operations

NextOre, a global leader in advanced ore grade sensing and sorting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nkandu Beltz as Director for its planned Zambian subsidiary. This appointment marks an important step in expanding NextOre’s presence and operations in Zambia, reinforcing the company’s commitment to driving innovation and sustainability in the mining sector.

Nkandu is a seasoned social pioneer with experience in copper exploration and business consultancy between Australia and Zambia. With over 15 years of business industry expertise, Nkandu possesses a unique blend of technical and commercial acumen. Her expertise spans exploration program management and management of Beltz Mining Limited Australia.

As a Zambia-Australia business specialist, Nkandu has facilitated numerous cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Her network encompasses key stakeholders in Zambia’s mining sector, Government, Australian investors, and industry leaders. Additionally, she is well recognized as a vocal advocate and leader in the advancement of Zambian industrial, social and political issues.

Nkandu’s background is in business and communications. Her ability to bridge cultural and geographical divides has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and catalyst for successful ventures between Australia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
