Ms Cavallaro is an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer, company secretary and director, with 25 years’ experience in the legal, engineering, resources and infrastructure sectors. She is motivated to help organisations achieve sustainable business objectives to preserve shareholder value and deliver positive impact for people and planet. Ms Cavallaro was formerly a corporate lawyer with top-tier Australian and international law firms, and a regional general counsel at two multi-national engineering consultancies. She holds legal, governance, climate literacy and sustainable business strategy qualifications and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
