  • Rob Adamson

    Non-Executive Chair

    Rob is the Executive Chairman of RFC Ambrian and has over 30 years’ experience as a corporate finance professional where he has been involved in numerous transactions in the mining, oil and gas, and related industry sectors. He has extensive knowledge of the resources sector and has in addition to his role as an adviser played leading roles in the creation of a number of successful companies. In addition to his roles within NextOre and the RFC Ambrian group of companies Rob is the Chairman of PhotonAssay technology company, Chrysos Corporation.

  • Joanne Palmer

    Ind. Non-Executive Director

    Ms Palmer is a Registered Company Auditor and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand, England and Wales. Ms Palmer was formerly an Equity Partner at EY in Perth, having held positions at EY in both Perth and London. Ms Palmer brings over 26 years of industry experience providing audit and assurance services on company listings, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers and significant experience in auditing international mining companies. Ms Palmer is a council member and Treasurer of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) and a Non-Executive Director of Paladin Energy Limited and Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited, both ASX listed companies.

  • Dr Nick Cutmore

    Non-Executive Director

    Dr Cutmore is CTO of MRead, commercialisation partner for explosives and narcotics detection using magnetic resonance. Prior to his roles with NextOre and MRead, Dr Cutmore was Research Director of CSIRO Mineral Resources where he initiated and shepherded the development and commercialisation of novel measurement systems for global impact in industry. He has a career interest in the commercialisation of technology, and has been involved in the creation and oversight of spin-off companies and Joint Ventures that have launched CSIRO technology in the global market.

    Ms Cavallaro is an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer, company secretary and director, with 25 years' experience in the legal, engineering, resources and infrastructure sectors. She is motivated to help organisations achieve sustainable business objectives to preserve shareholder value and deliver positive impact for people and planet. Ms Cavallaro was formerly a corporate lawyer with top-tier Australian and international law firms, and a regional general counsel at two multi-national engineering consultancies. She holds legal, governance, climate literacy and sustainable business strategy qualifications and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Prior to joining NextOre in 2019, Shivika was the Technology Integration Manager for CSIRO responsible for commercialising key Magnetic Resonance and X-ray technologies in the Sensing and Sorting program. She has an MBA in Strategy from University of Aberdeen, Scotland and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering . She has over 12 years of experience in business strategy, project management, product development and engineering , with a focus on new technology and novel process design. She also has experience as a project manager for technologies used in Iron and steel plants.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Robert Beenstock is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NextOre, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. He oversees NextOre’s global financial operations and supports the executive team in driving growth. His expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border operations has been instrumental in advancing the company's financial strategy. Previously, Robert held senior roles at Health House, where he led the company’s reverse listing on the ASX and successful acquisition. A Chartered Accountant, he holds an MSc in Quantum Fields and Fundamental Forces from Imperial College London and a BSc in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh.
