Non-contact design
Ensures no ore contact, reducing wear and maintenance for enhanced system integrity and longevity.
Simple equipment integration
Easily adapts to mobile mining equipment, measuring loads without modifications to existing machinery.
Rapid measurements
Delivers precise grade data in under one minute per load.
Expanding Applications
Deployed for open pit truck ore analysis in 2024; seeking partners for innovative new uses and scales.
Versatile grade measurement tool
Real-time grade as you mine
Developed from the on-conveyor MRA, the truck analyser scans payloads in less than 60 seconds for accurate grade measurement. Currently tested between 20-200 tonnes, the suspended sensor redefines ore grade measurement capability providing the precise ore quality information at an earlier stage of the mining process, thereby avoiding unnecessary trucking and crushing of waste ore in the first instance as well as improving the ability to precisely extract resources from the earth.
Flexible application
Open cut & underground
In-field testing completed in 2023 with ongoing operational evaluation of ore grade measurement of a 180+ tonne payload surface mining trucks. Field trials for ore grade measurement for underground application expected in 2025.
Superpower insight into ore
Unlock truck-by-truck grade data in real time
The truck analyser helps mine sites tackle declining ore grades by making sure no metal is left behind, reducing waste and maximising the economic value of your ore body. Our Magnetic Resonance technology is the world's most advanced sensor system for real-time bulk measurements.
Safe MR Technology
The open geometry truck analyser uses the same radiofrequency technology as the on-conveyor MR analysers and has been field tested for safe deployment in proximity to truck operators.
